Works well enough for a day, but by the following morning, my daughter's hair is dry and tangled again. Good for normal or oily hair, not for dry.

This used to be Johnson's Detangler, which was pink and came in a BIG pink bottle. It even has the same strawberry scent. I use it for myself and I started using it for my daughter when she was 2. I use this after my regular conditioner. It really does detangle hair and you can definitely tell the difference if you forget to use it!!

I was looking for a tear free conditioner that did not dry out my daughters curly but thinner hair type and this worked. I use it alone in between actually shampooing her hair and works just fine. Her hair is easy to comb afterwards and looks nice even after her "bed hair". I like that fact that I don't have to worry about it getting into her eyes, like I would with using an "adult" conditioner.

This is the first conditioner that I've tried, so I don't know how it compares with other brands. But I do know that I love it and I'll probably keep buying this same one. My daughter's hair has been doing much better since I've been using it, and she loves the cartoon character on the tube.

Great for curly hair, I put it in and it makes combing through the tangles a breeze. I wish J&J would make this in a larger size with a pump.

My 3yr old daughter has really curly thick hair. I use after washing her hair during bathtime and you would never know she has thick hair. This product makes the hair so managable and truly conditions it well. I have been using since she was a baby and will continue to use. I even use on my own hair, however, it goes to fast then. Wish J&J would make a bigger size as well.

My 2 and a half year old daughter, has VERY curly and fine hair. I constantly struggle with tangles and I've tried about a dozen products. This conditioner worked so well that I don't even use a detangling spray any more. After shampooing, I use about a quarter size amount and work my fingers through her hair. It seems to do the trick. I recommend it for kids with curly hair.
