Im a male age 24 and have been using this product for the last 2 months and works great. I use it morning and night. Before I shave I use a light cleaner. I also use the Nature's Cure tablets for women. Another thing that helps prevent acne is exercise, especially running.

It is okay, but it definitely doesn't give you clearer skin in three days. I've been using it for two months and there is no difference in my face at all. I do not recommend this product.

It has a little bit of a medicinal smell, but there's a perfume smell to balance it out. The scrub is best used in the shower because it's easier to wash it all off. Overall effective, but even if you have oily skin, make sure to use a moisturizer because it will definitely dry out your skin. With that, probably not a good product for people with dry skin, but don't take my word for it.
