The green-tint and residue are meant to help reduce redness... and they do... but... I would only use this lotion under my makeup. My face looks chalky, if I use this lotion with nothing on top of it.So... if you wear makeup... put this lotion on under your foundation, to reduce redness.If you don't wear makeup... use the Redness Relief Soothing Moisture Lotion SPF15 for outside wear and the Night Cream for extra moisturizing.Hope this info is helpful!

This is a great product to use prior to applying makeup because of the green tint. It minimizes the appearance of redness (or other flaws) and is not geasey. Use caution around your hairline and eyebrows. I found this to work extremely well when applying Mineral makeup.

This lotion goes on smoothly and does a great job of minimizing facial redness. It has a green tint to it that optically counteracts most of the red colour or flush in my face. It also acts as an excellent moisturizer and is not greasy feeling.

A regiment of Eucerin products for redness has greatly reduced the appearance of irritation on my face. I have had a problem with this since I was an elementary school child. The redness is probably associated with acne, which I don't have much of at age 60. I am sure these products (cleaner, daily, & nightly) are not for ladies only. Try it on your MAN if he has a redness problem.

It goes on Green, and the color makes the redness from my roseacea less noticeable. It lasts all day and has SPF 15 in it. My doctor switched me to this product because she says it has an infammatory which will help my skin condition.

The green tint in this lotion gets stuck around the hairline, I went out with a green line around my face!!! Blend it really, really well. the other spf lotion in this line was better for my dry skin and I will go back to that.
