The manufacturer has discontinued the cleaning system because it leaks the solution all over the counter. I was recomended to bypass the saystem and place the shavor under running water. Threw the solution out when I realized it has no use. Very dissapointing

I have had at least eight electric shavers in my life. I can honestly say this is the best one yet. It shaves those stubborn neck whiskers cleanly and with no chafing. The cleaning system is still under evaluation. It takes about twenty-five minutes to run, but the results are terrific. I'm not sure how long the liquid will stay usable, but time will tell. I can always clean it manually like I always did with previous shavers. A little pricey, but well worth it for people that use electric shavers.
