Cannot get a close shave with this razor. I use it for shaving my legs in the shower.

I really love this razor. I've never tried it before. I have not cut myself once, and it gives a great shave on my legs, bikini and under arms.

This razor is fantastic! I used to use the Schick Xtreme 3 disposable razors and really liked them but decided that the disposables weren't environmentally friendly so wanted a non-disposable razor. I'd used the Schick Quattro disposable razors in the past and was floored but didn't continue buying them due to the price but thought the non-disposable version would be a better deal. Ok, all I have to say is I'm so glad I don't have to shave as often. When I first used the razor it didn't feel like I was shaving (i.e. my skin wasn't being scraped by the razor, no sensation of the razor on my skin, etc). In fact I thought the razor wasn't working at all so I would look constantly to make sure the hair on my legs were being removed! Not only were they being removed but I didn't feel a thing while using them. The razor glided so gently and effortlessly on my legs and underarms and left such smooth skin behind that I couldn't stop touching it. I no longer have to shave my underarms every day - I can go 2 or 3 days and have the same amount of stubble as I would have 1 day after using the Schick Xtreme 3. I can go even longer without shaving my legs. Also, with the Xtreme 3 I felt the razor on my skin even with shaving cream. I still use shaving creme with the Quattro and CAN NOT feel the razor on my skin. I'm now confident enough in the Quattro's ability to shave that I don't check to see if it's actually working. Oh, and another thing, I really like the suction cup they provide. It gets the razor out of the way of the other bathtub items and allows it to dry well to avoid rusting, etc. Trust me you won't go wrong. If you think you need to 'feel' a razor to know it's working then you haven't tried the Quattro.

I use this razor every day in the shower. It is easy to use; has great balance Ii.e. not flopping all over in my hand). I have to shave daily on my lower legs as the hair grows coarse and fast. This razor takes care of it all. However, I had to use my hubby's razor one time and the shave was closer! but..... the razor was not ergonomically good ~ not like the ladie Quattro ~ and I had to be careful not to cut or nick.

I have tried several and this is by far the best razor I have used. I have fine hair and my daughter is the complete opposite. This razor takes care of us both.

i bought this because i am having a hard time finding a razor that doesn't leave my legs irritated and stubbly after shaving. it has been just recently (in my mid-40s) that my legs are less tolerant to shaving (or waxing for that matter). this razor is great for sensitive skin but it leaves stubbles. it doesn't get all the hair. caveat: i shave in the direction of the hair to reduce irritation. all in all, it is better than all others i have tried including the Venus.

I used to use Gillette Venus under my arms and it always left my skin somewhat scraped and raw. While reading the Venus reviews I read a recommendation for Schick Quattro. I bought one and am very glad that I did! This razor shaves my underarms closely but doesn't leave them scraped and raw. I can put on deoderant immediately with no discomfort. I epliate rather than shave my legs but if I wanted to shave my legs this is the razor that I would use. I don't know if this company is cruelty-free.

I've bought pretty much every razor that's out there, and this, in my opinion, is the best. I've got really dark, thick hair on my legs, and this gets it great. It's a close shave for me, and it seems like it leaves my legs much less dry after shaving.

This razor doesn't get close enough. It was a waste of money for me.

I have mild psoriasis on my legs and it's often painful to shave but it has to happen. This is the ONLY razor that does not irritate my skin further.
