HORRIBLE! You mean I paid ... by Leigh Ann in Undisclosed on 5/9/05HORRIBLE! You mean I paid money to look like an orange zebra? I'll never use Neutrogena products again. The promised easy spray on result is a JOKE! I'll stick with my Clinique self tanner.
Not a fan of this! I ... by Sarah in Mound, MN on 4/25/05Not a fan of this! I tried it because I had heard such great things about it, but it didn't work for me. I agree with the others - you can't see where it's going so you end up all streaky, plus it turns you orange instead of tan. It's the worst self-tanner I have tried yet. I love St. Tropez mist, and I'll be running back to it after this mistake.
This is the best of all ... by Barbara in Springfield, IL on 4/23/05This is the best of all the Neutrogena products in the tanning line for me, and I've tried everything. I am very fair with red hair, so I highly recommend this. The directions say that you don't have to rub it in, but I don't trust myself to spray it on evenly, so even though it goes on very dry, which I love, I rub it in anyway, and my skin looks flawless and TAN (after the color develops)!! I have also tried Mystic Tan, and it is as good as if not better than that. I do recommend rubbing it in after you spray, so you get smooth, even coverage.
I was extremely ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/21/05I was extremely disappointed in this product. I have yet to find a sunless tanning product that does not turn skin ORANGE. Not only did my shin turn an ugly orange color, but it was streaky. I even bought the pre-sunless scrub, followed the directions exactly as described and still it looks awful. I hope it fades fast. I'd rather be pale than this awful fake orange streaky color. Don't waste your money on another misleading tanning product!!!!!!
I really liked this once ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/10/05I really liked this once I figured out how to use it without streaking. I use this on my legs, belly and back...Coppertone oil free lotion everywhere else. After spraying, I go over the areas with a cocoa butter lotion (like Queen Helene) and it blends the product in evenly (USE GLOVES!!) Also, cocoa butter helps to activate self tanners, so the color is nicer. Using this product saves me TONS of time! I give it 4 stars because just spraying it on like the directions stated did not work for me.
This product has never ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/2/05This product has never ceased to amaze me! After spraying, I rub the mist evenly to avoid any accidents and voila! Goodbye pale skin, goodbye streaks, goodbye mess and most of all goodbye rust smell! Very easy to apply- I LOVE IT!
The ease of use with this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 3/31/05The ease of use with this product is great. Spraying on did seem to evenly distribute the product. It does smell a little yucky, and I noticed that my nose burned afterward from accidentally breathing the mist in while I sprayed my upper body. Even though "Deep", color did not seem that dark to me. It took 2 applications for me to get the desired color. Also leaves an odor in the air due to this being an aerosol.
This stuff sucks! You ... by Tracy in Howell, MI on 3/29/05This stuff sucks! You can't tell where the spray goes, so as it develops, you end up looking like a zebra! The only plus is it doesn't stink like most other tanners.
