I don't think it works. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now, and I've lost some weight but I can't say it's from the pills, because as they recommend I've changed my habits and done exercise. But it doesn't suppress my appetite as promised (what I really wanted) and since it's a thermogenic product, I sweat a lot!!! But sometimes it is uncomfortable; for example I use to do a normal 15 minute walk after my lunch time and when I go back to my office I'm sweating like a pig, and in the end loosing water doesnt mean loosing weight.

Awful. I have had several other supplements before that worked 100 times better than this. The first couple of days I felt a little more energetic, but by about the third day, it bottomed out. And even worse, I actually GAINED weight on this. I had maintained the same weight for a year and a half, and on this pill, I gained weight. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would return it if I could.

I've been using this for a week and I have followed the directions. I might as well have been taking a placebo. There were no effects whatsoever: no appetite suppressing, no energy boost, no nothing. I did not expect a miracle or really any weight loss the first week, but I did expect something or some kind assistance with my own efforts. This product had no effects whatsoever, not even the caffeine. I would not recommend buying this product to anyone.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a product and I am doing this because I lost a dress size in 2 months and the new clothes is beginning to feel loose already. This product is not for everybody but it is the only one that has worked for me. I am not hungry and I have no problem leaving half of my food on the plate at the restaurants. I have the energy and feel the need to excercise in the evenings when it is hardest to do. DO watch out your caffeine intake - I have switched to green tea from coffee in the mornings. And I have scaled back from 2 pills per serving to just 1 to lower the dependency. I also have an aversion to super sweet stuff, drink less AND cut back to 1 cigarette a day. Might not be related, but when people come up to you and say you look hot, you start improving in other areas of your health, not just weight. I hope this works for you.

IN all honesty, I was skeptical when I saw the ads for this, but now that I am using it I have to admit that it really does work. As soon as I started taking it I noticed an increase in energy and a marked decrease in my appetite. So far, after 28 days, I have lost 16 pounds and still going strong. I heard about people lowering their cholesterol with this, but I have not had mine checked yet (it's previously been high).

I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks now and have lost 12 pounds. It has really taken away those hunger pangs and kept my energy level high, even though I significantly cut my caloric intake. I have plenty of energy to continue working out; without it I think I would sleep most of the time because of how many calories I have cut out.

This pretty much did nothing for me. I did notice I had a bit more energy, but not enough to get me through the afternoons. And did NOT cut or curb my appetite in any way, I found I was hungry all the time and at meals would eat more than before. I was always starving. So, I did not lose any weight, but manage to pick up 5 lbs! Don't waste your money!

I started using this product in the middle of March and as of now I have lost 22 lbs. At first, I had some minor bloating, but it lasted only about 1 or 2 days until I got used to it. Then it was a piece of cake. I am very pleased with this product and if I could give it 10 stars I would.
