The first day I took two tablets but became quite jittery. After reading other reviews at this site, one person suggested just taking one. When I tried that it worked beautifully. I had energy and was able to get over the midday slump without a problem. I found that because my energy was there, I wasn't looking to food to "wake me up". I've been keeping a food diary to stay within a healthy calorie intake for my goal weight and exercise a bit for 30 minutes a day whether through cleaning, light walking, playing with my dogs, etc. It's only been three weeks and I've lost 6 pounds. I only take one tablet a day, but may increase that to one tablet twice a day in the future. Best wishes to you!

This was not very good for me. Maybe because of my age (49), but on occasions it made me feel sick, and I didn't loose any weight. I think this is a waste of time.

I've been taking this for about 1 1/2 weeks now (along with running every other day and not consuming as many calories) -- I've lost 4 lbs. I only take one in the morning and one in the afternoon, though. This product seems to work really well -- I'm not jittery and don't feel ill at all, it does make you a little hyper at first and I zone out at times after taking it, but I think it's worth it. Also, the first 2 days on it, my face would get really red, but that stopped after I started to drink plenty of water with it.

This product has turned out to be an excellent decision for me. I now FINALLY have the energy to get my butt in the gym and my ravenous appetite is at last under control. So far I'm seeing better results than anything else I've tried. Hopefully in a month, I'll be able to put a swimsuit on again.

Not one for leaving comments, but I gotta say that this diet product really does work. No hype here. It does exactly what it says its supposed to do. I am down 38 pounds in 4 weeks, and it's comming off with no side effects. I was considering gastric bypass, and this was my last resort. I still have another 60 lbs to go, but I feel very confident that I can do it with this.

I've been using Tetrazene for a few months now and still feel it working. I've lost a significant amount of body fat which I've been unable to get rid of prior to using this product. No jitters, plenty of energy, and it kills my cravings. Best diet product I've ever used. I highly recommend.

For 3 years, I have tried to get rid of the dreaded "beer belly" and nothing worked. This pill gave me the willpower to not "indulge" and I am seeing some ab action for the first time in 3 years. Plus, I have energy like I never had. The only thing that I noticed is that I get a little too amped if I drink coffee while taking it. Other than that, there are no side effects other than loss of appetite.
