So far so good - just began it and lost 3 lbs in a few days after having my weight not budge in 6 months. It does give some indigestion, but I noticed by cutting dosage down a little, it still works pretty well and indigestion is minimized. I take 2 in morning and then 1 or 2 before lunch, and 1 at about 5pm. I don't feel that you need 2 before each meal, but I guess it's different for everyone.

Excellent product!!! Of all the products that I've tried, I believe this is the best one on the market. It didn't make me sick or jittery. It curbs the appetite and gives a little boost. Far better than anything else out there!!!! I would give it 20 stars if I could.

Wow -- after all the perfect reviews of this product, I'd hate to say anything negative. But, I've tried a bunch of different products, and I definitely think this is an appetite suppressant, but, it did give me really bad heartburn and indigestion. To put it bluntly, this product gave me really foul smelling gas!

FINALLY! a product that actually works. I've tried everything -- Trimspa, Xenadrine, Diet Fuel -- nothing worked! They either made me sick or didn't cut my appetite. This one drastically reduces my appetite. I take 1 before lunch and that's all! I'm not even hungry at dinner time, so I don't eat. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I feel a lot better!

This is the one that really works. I tried prescription diet pills like Meridia and Xenical before and this actually worked better for me. I went from 165 to 140 in about 3 months and feel like a new person now. I did workout regularly with it so I'm sure that helped, but it gave me more energy and I actually enjoyed the exercise.
