After taking this supplement for two months I would not recommend it. I am of normal weight and just wanted to lose a few extra pounds I gained in college. It made me feel bloated, gave me aches in my stomach, and didn't suppress my appetite at all. The only reason I would give it 1 star would be the fact it gave me a lot of energy to work out. Although I lost the few lbs I wanted to, I do not attribute any of it to this product because 3 weeks after I am working out the same (5-6days a week) and seeing results like I was when taking it. If you have <5-15lbs to lose, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

So far I have been taking this product for almost a month. I hate to say it, but I have not lost any weight. In fact I have gained 3 pounds. Initially I liked this product because I felt like it made me use the bathroom more frequently. Now, however, I always feel (and LOOK) bloated and have been quite constipated. I am going to try this product for one more month, but I think for people like me, who are considered normal weight, this product may not work as effectively as someone who has more weight to loose. However, I will say that I noticed my arms and legs are much more firm than they normally are. I am an athlete, and I see more definition which is great. I am also thinking that the 3 pounds could have been the addition of muscle, becuase this product is supposed to help with that.

I have only been taking this product for approx 3 weeks, and although I have noticed a small change on the scale, I am fitting back into a my skinny clothes!!! I have taken other supplements that have made me feel sick; but Tetrazene does not make me feel out of sorts at all! I would recommend this product.

This was the worst "weight loss" product I've ever used! It did not do anything for me, all it did was make me constipated and screw up my body's natural schedule. I would not recommend this!

I used this product as recommended and at first it gave me a small energy boost, but eventually it just made me jittery. I ate sensibly and worked out every day, but after two weeks of taking it, I weighed myself and discovered that I had gained 10 pounds! These pills actually made me hungry, instead of suppressing my appetite. Most of my pants didn't fit anymore and I still had urges to eat. I stopped taking the pills and I lost 17 pounds and my appetite is back to normal. I'm not telling anyone to avoid this product, because it obviously works in different ways for different people, but just be careful and keep note of how it affects your body.
