This is the first diet pill I've tried. Even with at least 8 oz. of water taken with the pills, I experienced dull aches in my stomach almost immediately upon taking the pills, and while the experience wasn't jittery, I was always extremely restless. The worst part was that this product, even with reduced doses, gave me extreme headaches and such bad stomach aches an hour or so after I ate that I always felt like I had food poisoning. These side effects caused me not to be able to take these pills on an ongoing basis, so I cannot attribute any weight loss as a result of using this product.

If I could give this product negative stars, I would. It did give me energy but it equaled a cup of coffee. It did nothing for weight loss. This might work for people who have a lot to lose but if you're trying to get rid of 5-15 lbs....DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

My husband and I both tried this product. We noticed no difference, except for feeling jittery for the first two weeks. After that it was like taking nothing. As a matter of fact, I am still really tired all the time. I can see where this product may possibly help someone who needs to lose more than 20 pounds. But otherwise it seems to be a waste of money. I wish there was an easy way to boost weight loss but there really seems to be no other answer but exercise and healthy eating habits.

Im 19 years old, started the diet at 251 pounds. Energy boost: most definitely noticeable. Hunger Control: I'll put it this way: I feel hungry, but I feel like I just ate, and don't feel like eating even though I feel hungry. Metabolism increase: too soon to tell. Here's the rundown: Energy- great energy but no jitters, perfect. weight loss- about 18 pounds in 3 weeks, and still going down (this is the only new thing I added so I know it's what's causing the weight loss).
