For 3 years I have been trying different diet products....some worked a little some didn't work at all. This diet pill is the best one ever. I used so many and the thing that they all had that this one doesn't is side effects. This has none! My wife used this and after seeing the success she had, I started using it. At first, I thought it was a fluke that it worked so well with her, but after using it myself I am in awe of the effectiveness of this product. If anything, these pills made me a little depressed about food because I was so hungry. I'm of normal weight and work out 5x a week and try to eat healthy. I just wanted to lose those 5 to 10 lbs and I thought these pills would help, but they didn't.
