I'm a smoker and a coffee drinker, these white strips take care of it all. They make my teeth very sensitive so i can't use them as often as i'd like but they are a very good product and i'd recommend them to anybody. It's simple, and easy to do in your own home without going to the dentist.

After several days of use I did notice my teeth were lighter, but I had to brush very gently and rinse with warm water. Also, twice a day was too often, I skipped a few applications to let my teeth get over their sensitivity. I started using a whitening booster toothpaste as well. I think it'll take another round or two to get my teeth as white as I'd like, but I'm going to wait a week or so.

We use Crest Whitestrips Pro Effects to rid and whiten stained teeth from coffee and tea. Not all teeth are perfectly even so these strips are flexible enough and can be "formed" into difficult tooth areas that are set in. Because not all teeth are even, it would be perfect if the upper and lower strips were a bit longer. We follow with brushing with Tom's of Maine Natural Antiplaque Tartar Control Plus Whitening Toothpaste, Peppermint.

This worked for me. It's a process but stay with it. I had paid a lot for celebrity teeth whitner and it did nothing plus you continually put applicater back in the same bottle. That is not sanitary and starts to go bad. Did not work even close to how the crest strips did. Save your money, buy crest strips.
