i love these strips ... when i first started using the strips a couple years ago, i would get compliments on my teeth almost every day - no joke ! i used them once a day for about 6-7 days. more than that was too much - and i did that about every 2-3 months. as soon as i sat in my dentist's chair he asked me what i was doing to my teeth - so i told him i was using these, he said they looked great and to keep it up ! my advice ... put them on and lay down for 20 minutes or so (without talking)- because your saliva can move them around - and be very careful not to let the strips touch too much of your gums - i felt like that's when i noticed the pain/sensitivity. i tried to use another brand that had disposable trays - but they didn't work for me ... i went back to these !

While I think [$] is an okay price to charge for something like this over-the-counter, I do not profess that it is a miracle product. I am a pretty heavy coffee, tea and cola drinker, but I have been blessed with good tooth genes :) and I don't have very yellow teeth. I just use these to whiten up my teeth a couple of shades, and these do the trick. I use these every 18 months, or before a big event when I'm going to have professional pictures taken. I go for dental cleanings every six months(don't expect these to work if you don't take care of your teeth otherwise). There is a little bit of tooth/gum sensitivity, but it is temporary. The bottom strips are a little less likely to stay on well, but this isn't a professional's product, so I'm not mad over that. Overall, these work if you have realistic expectations and you invest in good oral care all the time anyway.

definitely work. My daughter started using them and I had to take them away from her, her teeth were too white! I used them myself inconsistantly and my dentist remarked at my last appointment that my teeth were whiter, they didn't match my crowns anymore. I've used all the crest strips with success.

This whitens my teeth exactly the way the box says. Morning/Evening applications, and teeth are stain free and white for a year. Great product! Just keep off gums because it can cause temporary sensitivity.

None of the gels in the stores work for me. They are too weak. The effectiveness of the gels for whitening your teeth is based on CP%. CP% can go all the way up to 35%. This stuff is under 10%. You can buy the higher gels at wholesale online:

I've just finished using this product and my teeth are whiter but sometimes I thought I was going to hit the ceiling when I would get these extremely sharp pains in some of my teeth. My husband does not know that I was using this product and sometimes while we were together doing something I would just grab my mouth in pain and shout "oh my god" and he would ask me what happened and I didn't want to tell him. I did not have any problem applying the strips to my teeth. I would apply the strip on my teeth and then use my tongue to fold the extra piece of strip onto the other side of my teeth. I did not have a problem with the strips staying on only because I made sure not to speak. Once I start speaking to anyone the strips would start sliding and I would sound like someone who has a speech problem. I've tried the Crest Classic strips and they did whiten my teeth and there was as much sensitivity to my teeth.

I found this product to be a complete waste of time and money. They don't stay on my teeth. One drop of saliva and they slide off. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Should I stuff cotton in my mouth after applying the White Strips?? I would not recommend this product.
