I bought this product because there was a GWP (free lipstick) and it had such good reviews. The product works, but I like makeup remover pads better - just my personal choice. I use this product to quick clean my makeup brushes, especially my concealer, foundation and eyeshadow brushes. I pour a small amount in the cap and swirl my brushes around and do a quick rinse. It leaves my makeup brushes super clean and oil free.

I started using mascara that was water proof. I had a sample of a very expensive product that I loved but didn't want to pay the price. Since Neutrogena has good products, I tried this one. It is very similar to the expensive brand without the high price tag. I am very pleased.

I only use waterproof mascra and it works great! It doens't sting if you get it in your eyes. Just make sure you shake it well. Buy it...its worth every penny!

Some removers are so oily that I can't see after using. This one is quick and easy, but still moisturizing.

It doesn't seem to be non-oily as claimed. It leaves greasy feel and stings my eyes. I have used L'oreal eye makeup remover before and L'oreal gentle make up remover can work better than this in terms for sensitive eyes. In terms of removing, it has done a good quick job. It works very well with waterproof eye make up. Recommended for heavy eye makeup users. The only bad thing is that it is a open bottle. Once u topple it, ur money is gone.

I realize it's not oily, but I would rather have a little oil then to have to use the remover 5x to get my eye makeup off. If you wear a small amount of eye makeup, and no waterproof, it will probably get it off on the first try. But for heavier stuff, it doesn't work well.

Good for the sensitive area of the eyes. Works great. No smell. Not greasy. A big fan of this product.

I was looking for an effective eye makeup remover after being disappointed with L'oreal and CVS brands. I bought this one after seeing the positive reviews here and it lived up to the accolades! Although it says oil'free, it acts like an oil based remover to remove all makeup.

After bad experiences with some harsh eye make up remover products that left my skin excessively dry and flaky, I started using Clinique's waterproof eye make up remover, thinking it was the only product I could use. After years of use, I eventually tired of spending so much for an eye make up remover. So I gave Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover a try since it is reasonably priced and I hoped it wouldn't dry or irritate my skin. To my amazement, the product worked wonderfully and it is now the only eye make up remover I will use. I wear waterproof mascara and I never have a problem getting it off with this product.
