Pros: Absorbs Quickly, Goes On Smoothly, Moisturizes Well, Softens Skin
Describe Yourself: Brand Buyer
Best Uses: After Shower/Bath, Bedtime, Deep Moisturization, Dry/Chapped Skin, Eczema, Winter Dryness
Bottom Line: recommended
My son was born with terrible eczema. At about three months it was so bad, one could barely find his nipples among all the chapped red skin. My doctor suggested this product along with a 1% hydrocoritsone cream for the "hot spots". Within a few days, I saw a huge difference. Within a few week, we stopped using the hydrocortisone and now we just use Stelatopia to maintain his healthy skin. I can't keep it on the shelf in this house. Please note, it is important to be consistent - it needs to be applied at least once a day (preferably two) and after every shower/bath.

My baby has had terrible eczema. I tried this thinking it would be just something else I will have waisted my time and money on. NOT SO. I have to say after using this for almost a WEEK his eczema is almost GONE. He had it all over his body and really dry and cracked on the back of his legs. I can't believe it has gone away. I will still stock up and use this product though, winter makes the worst eczema appear. Hopefully if I continue to use this it will stay clear, as almost all of the dark eczema spots are fading!! Buy this product you will be very pleased!!

This only slightly helped my baby's ecsema, but it was wonderful for his icthyosis / severe dry skin. It's very thin, but works far better than teh thicker creams we've tried. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Goes On Smoothly, Long Lasting, Moisturizes Well, Smells Great, Softens Skin
Cons: Takes a while to absorb
Describe Yourself: Brand Buyer
Best Uses: Eczema
Bottom Line: recommended
I am prone to dry skin and when I had a slight rash on my belly during pregnancy, I used the Mustela Cream Cleanser along with this moisturizer. The rash cleared up in less than a week. I continue to use this moisturizer as a preventative measure. It smells nice, goes on easily, and makes my skin very soft, but my only complaint is that you feel slightly sticky for a while before it is absorbed in the skin. Not enough that I will stop using it though.

Pros: Absorbs Quickly, Fragrance-Free, Goes On Smoothly, Moisturizes Well, Not Greasy, Smells Great, Softens Skin
Cons: Lotion is thin
Describe Yourself: Brand Buyer
Best Uses: After Shower/Bath, Bedtime, Deep Moisturization, Dry/Chapped Skin, Eczema, Winter Dryness
Bottom Line: recommended
While this lotion comes out thin and runny...it works better than any other thick creme I have ever used. My kids skin is so soft that even when they get ink on them it comes right off! They rarely break out with eczema when using this cream and my son doesn't complain of being itchy. Other cremes don't get rid of all the itchiness.

i'm so glad we got this! it's on the pricey-er end of the scale, but i was desperate. our 4 month old had a insane flare up of eczema all over his face. he was literally clawing at this face. we had received a gift bag (highly recommended) for his shower, and i noticed that other mustela (foam soap for cradle cap) product was helping out. so i order this product as a one-two punch to knock out this horrid aczema. our little "fire face" cleared up in a matter of days. it's worth every penny! drugstore.com does offer the best deal on it too!

Pros: Absorbs Quickly, Goes On Smoothly, Long Lasting, Moisturizes Well, Not Greasy, Softens Skin
Best Uses: Bedtime, Eczema, Winter Dryness
Bottom Line: recommended
Only product that has helped with my 3 year olds eczema. We use it after every bath and in between when he gets really dry skin. Just applying it to his skin is enough to help my dry and cracked hands in the winter. If the skin is really cracked it can sting a little but nothing too bad.
Mustela Dermo-Pediatrics, Stelatopia Moisturizing Cream rates 5 out of 5 stars, from 39 customer reviews.Wonderful product!

My 2 year old gets excema in the winter and we combine a small amount of prescription steroid cream with this lotion and it works like magic--it is a wonderful product, one tube lasts all winter long, it's not greasy--I can't say enough good things about it.
