I like the small size of this dispenser. It doesn't take up a lot of space on bathroom vanity. easy to refill the cups. I have read in other reviews people have complained about the difficulty of getting cups to release easily - this only happens if you put too many cups in at a time.

I have bought two of these out of necessity, but they look terrible in both of my bathrooms that have ivory and wood trim. Such an 80's style with the white and silver. Too flimsy, the spring inside breaks too easily.

I just bought this dispenser, and mine works really well. I put the 5-ounce cups in it, and I don't have a problem getting them out of the dispenser.

I hate this container. I am still looking for the old style, where the cup gets pulled down from the dispenser.

I positively HATE this design! You cannot get a cup out of the dispenser without having to shake it loose, or to hold down the dispenser!
