This is the only thing I've found that immediately takes the sting out of fire ant bites and keeps them from forming painful heads.

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING ! I was skeptical, but after scrubbing fire ant bites with this product the burn was instantly gone! As all Floridians know, if you work in the yard...fire ant bites are inevitable. I have really sensitive skin and allergies to many kinds of bites, so I'm really glad I found this product. After getting bit, I rushed in the house and scrubbed the affected area with Mitigator, (it's a bit like pumace soap) and let it sit for 5 minutes before I washed it off. The sting and burn quit immediately, the blisters were hardly noticable and the itch factor was reduced exponentially! I'm sharing this with anyone I know who complains of fire ants...what a relief after trying all kinds of useless remedies!

Mitigator is the best product that I have found for fire ant and mosquito bites. The walnut shell scratches and relieves the itching immediately, and allows the medicine to neutralize the itch for hours. This stuff is worth it's weight in GOLD! I keep it in my purse, my diaper bag, and medicine cabinet...and it's a great gift for anyone who tasted great to bugs!

I live in Hawaii, and I have to say this is the best stuff out there. It feels great when the itch is really bad. It is great knowing that you can get relief fast.
