I have anxiety and have it controlled to a point that on top of my daily meds, I use a mild dose of lorazepam only occasionally now (2-3 times per month) under periods of high stress if I start to have panic attack symptoms . Given that, I was looking to find something natural to use as an alternative to wean off Lorazepam as my doctor does not want me to use that long term. Did a lot of research and wanted to try this product. Bought this brand because of the lower price/budget concerns. It has worked great for me - seems for me to be equally effective as Lorazepam, just not as fast acting. I was concerned about the quality of the brand because of the lower price point but I could feel a significant difference (and desired effect) the very first time I used it and every time since. I use it occassionaly now in place of lorazepam under the circumstances noted above. Fortunately I have not had a 'strong' panic attack situation for a while now so have not tried it under that circumstance to see if it is still adequate given it is not as fast acting - I really think they'd be strong enough though. The only downside for me is they make me a slight bit sleepy (I'm very sensitive to anything that has a sedative effect). I am able to function fine though if I take it during the day and if I take it in the evening I sleep awesome! No waking up in the night with worry...

Read about this product in a health magazine and then googled it. The health benefits are too numerous to mention but a few are memory, immune support, energy, etc. This brand is great because the product is "standarized" which is the best alternative in choices when buying an herbal supplement.
