I've been taking this for about a year, with breakfast and supper as recommended. The new formula has a milder, less sweet lemon flavor but I still find it palatable. The texture is smoother as well (it used to be somewhat grainy). The new formula ups the vitamin D amount from 500 to 600 mg., in line with current research indicating that the RDA for this vitamin is way too low..

Do not like new formula!

I've been a long time user of this product and was particularly drawn to it because it is so easy to take and actually tasted terrific! I was even able to get my daughters to take it, which is so important with a family history of osteoporosis.HOWEVER, I am very unhappy with my latest shipment. They have apparently changed the formula and now it is chalky and unpleasant. [...] I'm very disappointed and am searching for an alternative calcium supplement because of it.

I have taken several different types of calcium supplements & find this one most flavorful. Don't mind taking my calcium now. Having Vit D with the calcium is also a plus.

I am 25 years old and I felt that I didn't get enough calcium so started taking these. I love them because they taste great and save me from having to swallow one of those HUGE calcium capsules or pills. Even if you don't like the taste of lemons, this flavor is SO LIGHT that you won't really even notice it. I noticed a big difference in my nail growth while taking these.

Lemon chiffon tablets just melt in your mouth, not sweet, no chalky aftertaste, and no residue left on your teeth. Highly recommend if you need to take extra calcium like I do.

One of the BEST! Easy to take. Sugar Free. No problem! Since I've had an early menopause thanks to chemo treatments and Lupus, I NEED extra Calcium. I take about 2000 MGS a day, plus my mound of vitamins. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do!
