I read in a book about face refreshers, opposed to using astringents. even the ones that say they are for sensitive skin or gentle still would strip my skin and leave it tight & uncomfortable.
this one is perfect for me.

I found this toner initially at a local organic store and after reading the ingredients (I am an esthetician so I always read carefully) I decided to give it a try because of the price. I LOVE this product. I have sometimes sensitive, dehydrated skin but do not like toners what leave your skin feeling unclean. This one is perfect. The ingredients are fabulous, the scent is gentle and it does not irritate my skin at all. I use it day and night and I hope it never gets discontinued. I have used the most expensive products such as La Mer, Kiehl's, and Chanel on my skin and this one beats them all. The price is great too!

I'm neither a Budget nor a Brand buyer, but search out products based on contents and when I find a good one, stay with it. I've never used this product before now, but have loved Earth Science's Almond and Aloe moisturizer and so decided to try this one too. So far it's pleasant, doesn't irritate my sensitive, older skin, and is wonderfully refreshing.

Has an interesting consistency. When I first put it on it feels almost greasy, yet once it dries, the skin is left feeling soft and non greasy. So I have mixed feelings. I like the way it makes my skin feel once it's dry, but not wild about the way it feels when actually using it.

I used this at night, and well. It made me have urges to itch my face.

I couldn't stand it, and I had to wash me face again to remove this.
The smell isn't pretty either.

So, I decided to use it again, but not while I sleep, but hours before that time.

I used it, the next day, my face broke out a bit.

I don't feel like using this again to find out what more it can do.

Overall, my last purchase was a big disappointment. A lotion, cream, this.

I am very disappointed when I received this product as I looked at the ingredient list several times before purchasing it. Upon receiving the item, I was floored to see that "phenoxyethanol" is listed on the product bottle. Needless to say, I haven't even opened the product and will be sending it back [...]

This is the only toner I've been able to find that does not contain alcohol, parabens or SLS. I have super sensitive skin. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and so far my skin has been great. Pores are less noticeable and the consistency of my skin is much smoother.
