I like scrubs that have a lot of grit to them. This one does not give the feeling of a good scrub. Not to criticize this company, as most facial scrubs are too weak.

I tried this several times, wanting to like it, but my skin was not a fan. It has a lot of natural ingredients that make it look like a tempting product for budget-conscious consumers trying to be a little more green, but between the Sodium Laureth Sulfate and the parabens, it's no more natural than your average drugstore products. Every time I tried it, my skin emerged from the shower itchy and red, with a rash that lasted for a day or so. If you don't have any problems with SLS or parabens and your skin isn't sensitive, go for it, but run screaming if your skin requires more care and fewer chemicals. I'll stick to my homemade sugar and olive oil scrub, thanks.

This body scrub is great for exfoliating a couple times a week. It leaves my skin so soft after the shower. Smell is light, but energizing minty

I have been using this daily, but would recommend only using it 2 or 3 times a week for exfoliation.
