I have tried almost every bar out there, and also all the other South Beach bars. This bar is by far the best tasting one yet, and I think it tastes better than some non diet bars. I've started my change in lifestyle as far as eating, and I believe these bars will be right along side me. I started at 545lbs 3 months ago and I'm down to 481lbs. I believe these bars have really help me get to where I'm at. Thank you, Kraft for making a great product. Buy them, you won't be sorry...

This is my favorite SB Cereal Bar. I've been using these for over a year now. I have lost 150 pounds in the last two years and this protein bar is what I eat to get me through the night without being hungry.
