This is the most superb eyeliner pencil I've ever used. I have tried scads of eyeliners, from the most expensive to the inexpensive, and they all pull the eyelid, even when claiming the pencil is soft and goes on easily. This one ACTUALLY works. This color (dark blue) looks good with all shadows and my brown eyes, and makes the eyes 'pop'. I own several colors and they all look great, are quick to apply, do not dry out the eyelid, and adapt to thick or thin applications without looking too heavy or hard.

Ok. Today I put on my Sue Devitt Victoria falls and got people staring at me plus a "Wow,are those color contacts, your eyes are amazing" at a doctors appt. I love the compliment. My eyes are kinda nice anyways blue with hint of gold center but man this color makes them pop. I seriously haven't gotten stared at like this ever. It is a fierce color. I have found a truly profound accessory for me. Put it on and experiment with the blending. It is quicker than the thinner varieties and found it easy to remove. I'll be back for more colors because this is a major makeup epiphany for me. Thank you Sue Devitt for a well thought out product. Color is sophisticated too.
