Notice a change of size in the width of your toilet paper by a half an inch.. i feel like I am purchasing public bathroom tissue instead of the quality tissue I was previously purchasing... What are you doing???? Also the quality of the toilet tissue has changed. It has a harsher feeling and is not as absorbent... I am truly sorry you have lost a customer! ! !

For all you fans and customers that have the expectation of continuity in the product you like and buy, look again at this product. I was always a huge fan of Quilted Northern, but they have recently gone cheap. [...]they will admit to you that they have made changes in oder to keep the cost down. Basically a much cheaper product for the same price (more at my store). The width is 1/2 inch smaller and the sheet count was reduced as well, just meaning you might be buying at near the same price, but will need to use more sheets since they are smaller, have fewer sheets so you will need to purchase replacements more often. In the end, it is costing us more, but in a sneaky way and not up front. I personally noticed the difference between the older and the new cheap rolls when I made a replacement. I will be looking elsewhere for my TP supplier..

My husband is particular about the toilet tissue in the bathroom and he has been satisfied with Quilted Norhern for a few years now. I order the 12 roll package which goes for a better price than comparable packages sold here in Manhattan.

Finally a toilet paper that does not rip when you wipe. For wiping, you can just tear off two toilet paper sections and that will suffice and not tear! I normally have to tear off more with other toilet paper brands just to make sure that the paper doesn't rip while wiping. Love it.
