We've been using these for 2 mths -- started at 8 mths. We had used almost every brand of diaper at night prior to these -- we were willing to try anything to not have to change clothes during the night. Once we went up a size as diapers do not fit sizes indicated (21 lb baby was too big for medium and needed large) -- these diapers have worked well enough that baby sleeps through night and his sleep suit is dry for first time. Apart from sleep issue (which is pretty key) the other great thing is that we have had no problems with diaper rash with either twin since using these. Their skin is perfectly clear and healthy. The fit is very adjustable with velcro which is great for readjusting on squirmy babies. Have no problems with leakage and like the way they look. No complaints at all -- really glad we found these.

This is currently one of two products available that are biodegradeable (g-diapers are the other one.) They are made of cornstarch and are an absolute delight~ eco-friendly and soft and durable. We have never had leaks, although the diaper will tear if your toddler tries to rip it off (like most diapers.) Great diaper, we love it---wish that it was available in grocery stores though.

I really like this diaper. It is almost entirely biodegradable (70%), feels and fits well and holds moisture reasonably well. The tabs on the diaper are not very strong, so sometimes they open, and if my boys had a lot of water during the day, it may leak overnight, but other than that is holding and serving well and is the best ecological option, to the best of my knowledge. We used cloth diapers but they wore out after 1 year of use so we switched to this one. To be fare it leaked 2 times in 2 months of use, and my boys are 25 months old and sleep through the night in it.

These do not compare to Nature Babycare. When they are wet, the absorbant material pulls away from the legs and bunches in the middle...thus they leak. They are okay to use during the day when baby is changed more, but definitely not at night or for naps.

i have used these for the last year, my son is now 14 months and we love them. we love the softness and the fact that they are less toxic. the down side is that we cant put them on him overnight they start to breakdown with that much pee!

I thought these diapers were okay..not to bad I never had any leaks or ripping with them and loved the bio aspect of them. I use mostly cloth and G diapers at home instead, and use TenderCare for when we go out. If you are looking for a quick earth friendly option look into the G Diapers that composte or can be flushed. I thought these were okay, a little pricey and can only be ordered online, unlike using TenderCare or Tushies or G Diapers..so I just stopped using them, because there are better quality and cheaper diapers out there that are also earth friendly.

I think I would rate them a "3" if they weren't the best alternative for diaper environmental impact. The fasteners are like old school pampers. The fit is not great. No leaks so far. Our child is 20 months and she loves to take off diapers, this one she will leave on, so it must be comfortable.

I'm currently stationed in the UK and am able to buy the European version of this diaper. I have to say that when I ordered this version I was shocked at how terrible they were. The diaper was very flimsy and would tear easily. There was no refastening the diaper if you needed to readjust. They did not compare to their European counterpart. I would suggest not buying this product. A big waste of money.

I started with a pack that I ordered from the nature boy and girl website. These worked fine - though the fit isn't as good as Seventh Generation since they only have a somewhat stretchy area along the back of the diaper. But since these are supposed to be biodegradable (actually - I can't confirm this is true since the nature boy and girl website doesn't specifically say they are biodegradable, nor does the packaging), I went ahead and purchased a case of these. I was pretty disappointed that about 25% of the diapers had defective (non-attached) internal gussets - meaning that the mess would come right out if I didn't test both diaper gussets before putting them on my daughter. While I never I had them tear open on me like some other have mentioned, having to throw out one quarter of the diapers is pretty irritating considering that these are not cheap diapers. Obviously these can't be sent to daycare with my daughter, so I've switched back to Seventh Generation.

The Nature Babycare Company must have updated their product. I have been looking for a biodegradable diaper and I was thrilled when I discovered these (under the newer name, Nature Boy & Girl). They are super-absorbent and plush. I have never had a leak even after a long night of sleep. Between my two children I am using both the medium size and the large size for my toddler at night. Both are fabulous! You can't pull too hard on the tabs (they are not plastic after all), but they have never fallen apart like others have reported. If you put them on properly without too much fuss, they fit snug and stay on. This is an easy and affordable way to save the planet!
