The reviewer who said this bronzer does not have any shimmer must have been using something else. This bronzer has a light gold shimmer that would probably blend in well with olive skin tones, however I have fair skin with freckles. So, it is much more obvious that I am wearing bronzer. I will probably only wear this when I am going out because the shimmer is so noticeable in normal light. However, for going out, it does a good job. I apply it very lightly.

I can't get over the quality of this bronzer at such a low price. This shade of bronze is not only great to create a sun kissed look on fair skin but, it is also a perfect shade for contouring the face. It has no shimmer nor orange, pink, red or muddy undertones like some other bronzers (even some high end bronzers can look unnatural). I apply this Jane bronzer on all the spots where the sun hits for a nice summer glow or I can use it to sculpt my cheek bones with very natural results. Good for all skin types but specially for oily/combo.
