I have found the plastic bottle so much easier to use than a Neti pot. The solution does not irritate like a plain saline solution. It brings more relief to sinus pressure than any nasal spray that I have tried. Good value as well. I gave a kit to my sister-in-law who also suffers from sinus congestion.

I use this product daily and can tell a real difference! If you say "caw" as you are using it, you are more likely to get along with it better. Some people don't know to do this and gag on it and in turn do not like the product. I would recommend this to everyone, especially those with allergies. I wish you offered the refill.

Helpful in clearing sinus congestion. I would have tried the nedi pot if I knew when using the bottle you can only really use half of the solution. Otherwise the product itslef works great!! Very helpful.

After reading all the comments that say this product does not burn, I wanted to speak up and say that it did burn slightly. Not during use, but after. I felt like I got water up my nose like in a pool. After reading the other reviews, I think it could have been the tap water I used. I boiled it, let it cool to a good temp. Next time, I will try different water. It did provide relief from a terrible sinus headache.

It provides more pressure to clean out your sinus cavity than the Neti pot, which always just seemed to make me more congested. It does seem to help significantly in managing my allergy symptoms.

this is the only thing i've found to help sinus headaches, allergy symtoms and prevent sinus infection. it only takes minutes to use and the benefits are very much worth any inconvenience. i use it right after i brush my teeth, and chronic sinus headaches are a thing of the past.

My 3 year old son has a medical condition that causes chronic sinus problems. This product, which was recommended by his ENT, has been great in helping us keep his nose and sinus clear. My only problem with the product is that it takes a long time to dry after cleaning it because the neck opening is so small.

I have severe allergies and was recently suffering with a terrible sinus headache. Someone had suggested Netipots to me, so I went to the drugstore to purchase one. I ended up buying this Sinus Rinse instead because I liked the delivery mechanism. Although the feeling of shooting water up your nose is unlikely to ever be pleasant, using this product was not painful at all. I did not receive immediate relief from my headache, but I no longer have a headache today (the first time this week that I have been headache free).The only con to this product is the need to heat the water that you are using. This makes it less travel-friendly than other sinus sprays.All in all, a good product and it's nice to know that I am not shooting chemicals up my nose. Also, drugstore.com has a very good price compared to my neighborhood drugstore.
