This product is wonderful. I cleared up a major sinus infection in one week using this product instead of antibotics. I use to have chronic sinus infections but I haven't had one since I started using this product and that also includes making it through the worse allgery time of the year for me.

I had this on hand to try on my next cold. After one night of miserable congestion, I remembered to try this the following night. It was very easy to use (I used tap water with the packet and had no problems). I could not believe how well I slept and how cleared up I was the next day. Ordinarily, I'd expect several days of congestion while my cold faded, but this cleared it up immediately. I will definitely be using this regularly all winter, and probably all year to deal with allergies.

I had a head cold that I just couldn't shake when my little brother suggested trying this. He has chronic sinus problems and loves NeilMed. I wasn't too excited about shooting water up my nose, so I tried it out in the shower first. (Really recommend use in the shower so you don't have to worry about drainage) IT'S AWESOME!!! It wasn't bad at all, I used two packets of solution per bottle of warm water (make sure you use distilled or bottled water) It didn't sting or feel uncomfortable at all. I was amazed at how good I felt after using it. I could actually breathe and it made my sore, over-blown, nose feel so much better, I actually stopped taking cold medicine! Just this rinse twice a day and I was good to go! I will use this again the second I feel like I'm getting another head cold!

This is an amazingly easy way to get a sinus rinse. I hate to put my face under water, but can use this. I use the ready-mix packets when I travel, but 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp baking soda to 8oz water when at home. I have not had even a cold in over 2 years. Highly recommend!!

I have been using the bottle Sinus Rinse for 3 years... what a life/sinus saver. I have not had one sinus infection since I started using this product. I used to get 3-4/year... miserable! After suffering every winter by having my colds turn into sinus infections, the discovery of Neil Med was like a miracle. This has made a major difference in my health. If you can handle the feeling of something up your nose (akin to getting water in your nose while swimming), you will be on your way. I can't say enough about this product. I've been using this for four months, and I've taken exactly ONE Benadryl in that time. I use it in the shower each day and I have seen great improvement. It's so cheap- give it a try. I buy the refill packets, but 1/4 teaspoon of salt works, too. Just don't use water alone- it will sting.
