I put this in my hot cereal in the morning, post workout, I also mix it in my berry smoothies at lunch, it's good stuff.

This supplement is a good value. It tastes ok - not as good as ISS or ON brands, but ok. 23g of protein for about 40 cents a serving is cheap. It's also loaded with BCAAs and only ~100 calories per serving. The guy who left the review prior to mine is clueless or confused - this is not a meal replacement. It only has 100 calories per serving and it's almost all protein. You can safely consume 1 or 2 of these a day with NO workout and it still wouldn't cause you to get fat.

i have used EAS whey protein for 6 weeks. It actually gives you great power while you are training. But take care, as you must train hard to burn the extra calories otherwise you will get extra weight and it will be fat not muscle gain.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of cold water, milk, or blend with your favorite Myoplex shake. For best results, consume 1-4 servings daily. To support positive nitrogen balance, serious athletes should consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight spread over 4-6 small meals per day.
