I've been looking for awhile and didn't see these carried at my local stores - but they work great and are very comfortable. If the darn thing wouldn't move once I found the best spot, that would be perfect. And keep an eye on it once in awhile, since I didn't once and it became a crunched mess and just couldn't recover - had to buy a new pair.

I had no problem with these, and I didn't even bother using the tape. Just make sure you put the correct side down, and you're good to go. I also use them with my high heels, and they work nicely.

I love how these feel when they are in place, but I had to CONSTANTLY readjust them. The tape does not work. In my job, I walk back and forth between two buildings frequently, and I was hoping to be able to wear my prettier shoes more often. Unfortunately, when these things get scrunched, it is very uncomfortable and defeats the purpose. For the price, a better tape should be included!

I just bought these the other day, and they are awesome. They don't crowd too much and they offer excellent cushioning. Scholl's has done an excellent job with these.

Place Massaging Gel Ball of Foot cushion in shoe with gel side down so that the cushion area rests in the widest portion of the shoe just in front of the arch. Trim the cushion, if necessary. If the cushion moves in the shoe, attach one enclosed adhesive strip to the flat, gel side of each cushion. Remove tape from backing from adhesive strip and press cushion firmly into front of shoe under ball of foot.
