Dr. Scholl's One Step Corn Removers rates 1 out of 5 stars, from 13 customer reviews. These do not stay in place
by Underjoyed[Verified Buyer] in East Bay, CA on 10/3/09
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Doesn't Work
Describe Yourself: On my feet all day
Bottom Line: not recommended
I am on my feet all day which are confined to closed-in shoes. While these corn removers are easy to apply, they do not stay in place. The tape gets gummy and the pad slips away from the affected area.

I used it for 2 days only (one pad for 24 hours) and the corn was gone! The skin was white for few days but its back to pink now. Just in case, I did use bandaids to prevent the pad from falling off.

Pros: Easy To Use, Healing
Describe Yourself: Pedicure Addict
Best Uses: Daily Use, Quick Fix
Bottom Line: recommended
I'm surprised more people don't think to use bandaids to keep the pads in place. Just wrap them around the pads and voila! problem solved. There are even waterproof bandaids out on the market that work really well.

Pros: Easy To Use

Removed top-of the corns great. Wrap the band-aid around the toe and it stays on, even through a shower. Just don't remove it to "check it" because the sticky will be gone.

Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Messy
Best Uses: Daily Use
Bottom Line: recommended
This worked great on my feet. I'm a JROTC cadet and the shoes are very narrow in the front so I formed some corns. Even though it does fall off common sense says to wrap a ban-aid around the corn removal ban-aid so it can stay in place. After 6-9 days it turned puffy and white and it was gone. No more being ashamed now I can go and get my feet done!!!!!

This product really worked! I only used 2 of the corn removers for 48 hours each time and the corn came right off. For the first 48 hours the skin became white and puffy and I was a little discouraged, but I tried it again and when I took the corn remover off the corn came right off with it. It's amazing... now I can wear my cute shoes again without being in pain. My bandage stayed on perfectly fine. In fact I had to cut it off in order to take it off. Give it a fair chance. Follow the directions and it will work for you too.

I used for a week as directions called for. On the last go round, I decided to re-wrap the tiny toes for just one more day. I took them off was disappointed for a moment until I looked down again and the toes turned pink, no more corns! It's good to know that in a day or so the color should return honey brown as it should. I could not believe my eyes!

I used a whole box for two small corns in two days! They don't stay long enough to make any effect, the skin just became white but nothing was removed.

I was really impressed by this product. I put on the corn removers for about 6 days, changing each pad every 3 days, then soaked my feet in some baking soda and warm water. I gently filed the corn, and all that was left was a soft pink spot which cleared up in about 2 days.

Woke up in the morning and this was off my toes. Doesn't stay on for medium to small corns. If you have really huge corns, then this could be for you.
