I decided to begin taking this hyaluronic acid supplement after researchng my options for a supplement that might help the incessant cracking and popping in my knees. After about two weeks, I am not sure that my knees have improved much, but I have observed what I think is a noticeable change in my skin. It feels softer and smoother and I haven't had a breakout since I began taking this. I am a true minimalist when it comes to skin care (I don't invest in anti-aging skin creams or fancy makeup) but I will keep investing in his product because it has definitely made my skin look and feel healthier. My only criticism is that if you don't take the capsules with a large glass of water, they can give you some pretty funky tasting burps.

Am disappointed that this batch expires 31 Nov 15! Made a bulk order and would have problem consuming the bottles in time!

I'm the biggest skeptic there is and I've used every cream out there and have even tried a couple of procedures such as laser peel, temporary fillers, and Botox and I can truly see a HUGE difference in my skin with these tablets. Took 2/day for about a week and saw an even bigger difference when I took 4/day. Lines around eyes and especially the lines around my mouth are nearly gone and my cheeks seem lifted. Really an amazing difference, so much so that people have commented, so I reordered to make sure I didn't run out. They've helped all over, the skin on my arms and legs is smoother and less dry too. One caveat - the capsules are large and the edges can be scratchy going down. Hold them in your mouth for about 15 seconds before swallowing.

I took two a day at first, and then four. I noticed no difference what so ever in my chronic pain caused by posterior facet syndrome. (The joints in the neck.)

I DID however notice a marked increase in the texture and quality of my hair and skin.

Once I stopped taking it, I noticed my fine lines seemed more pronounced again and my skin seemed less hydrated if that even makes sense. My hair got dry again and had less sheen. For pain relief? Not for me. For skin and hair- yes, try it. My thyroid was recently found to be low T4 and the synthroid caused my hair to turn into straw. I can't wait to get another bottle of this and hope it helps.

I was using this 2 months ago and thought it wasn't working, so I stopped. Arthritis pain back with a vengeance! It's not that I feel better on it, but when I go without it for more than a week . . . ouch! Yes, this works. Must take it consistently for more than 30 days (at least) to get results.

I simply take 2 capsules every other day. And on a empty stomach. This is incredible amazing joint lubricant. My 250lb body weight can down squat to the floor without pain nor discomfort because of this product. It also benefits the fingernails leaving them thicker stronger and they no longer peel and get brittle as they do without this product. There is nothing I can say bad about this product. I love it!

Take this supplement for arthritis pain relief. An added benefit is the good it does for your skin.
Have taken it for years, and recommend to anyone who cannot take glucosamine chondroitin for joint pain relief.

I've been using this for roughly a month and after just a couple of days of use, my skin GLOWS. It just looks so even and clear and youthful. If I miss a day or two, it goes back to normal. Thus, I really do believe this product is having an impact on the skin on my face. It also seems that the pores on my face are significantly smaller. I am only 31 but had noticed my skin was getting really ruddy looking (mostly probably because of poor diet) of late and this supplement has made me feel like I look pretty again.I will continue to use and would preferably like to never be without this stuff. Also, I have bad knees and I have noticed some improvement in the pain. I am 5'7 and roughly 160 pounds so I could stand to lose about 25-30 pounds which would definitely ease the knee pain but in the mean time this stuff does help. It would probably help more if I took it more religiously. I tend to miss days out of forgetfulness.

I was unable to use this combination of ingredients. I would not have bought it if I had known it contained chondroitin which I am unable to take due to gastrointestinal sensitivity to it.
