I use daily, and am still at the higher dose recommended. I love that this is addressing the long-term muscle pain issues. OTC pain meds do address the pain, but hurt my stomach and reduced my iron absorption quite dramatically. This stuff builds with time and after 6weeks, I'm certain it's responsible for plumping up my lips. At first, I thought it was a temporary result of a lip gloss I was using--until I ran out of that lip gloss! I did seem to "gain" weight, not size (I'm a size 0 -2), but because I know that it's important to have "water" in the muscles, I know that I'm actually healthier and feel so much relief.

WOW! I started running alot for exercise and developed very sore and painful knee joints. I went to my local health store to buy Glucosamine and MSM but the health staff advised me to try this instead - went into lengthy detail about how the collagen is more important for joint issues related to exercise. Anyways, only one week later my pain is gone and I feel much more flexible and I haven't had anymore pain while running!! I am so excited about this product!!! Added bonus is the smoother skin!

This is the highest amount of HA I've been able to find anywhere. I take 2 capsules/day and it has completely replenished my skin and returned it to normal. No cream I've ever used has the same effect no matter what the price. I can really notice the difference if I run out and stop taking it. Within a week its back to looking brittle and dull. I love this product. Im 30 yrs. old, have dry skin. I've tried everything including microdermabrasion, glycolic peels, etc. as well as most expensive creams in order for my skin to not be dull and dry. But this is the only one that helped. It made my skin soft and moisturized without using a moisturizer. If you're skin type is the same as mine, try this. Im sure if you take 4 capsules a day, you will experience the same results.

Wondeful rejuvenator of dull skin. This product has increased the suppleness and softness of my skin. There is almost no need for lotion after taking this product. Although I was taking 4 pills per day (runs the bottle down pretty fast), it's worth it to have great skin. I couldn't say much about the joints, because I've never had problems in that area. This is one great product to continually have in your medicine cabinet!
