After 42 years of Crohn's disease, I was told to take Flora-Q as a substitute for Pentasa, which kept me anemic for years. The Flora-Q has done wonders for me and there is no evidence of Crohn's at the present time (was just scoped and my colon looks "fine"). I have recommended it to others with Crohn's and IBS and am hopeful it will help them restore a natural flora in their digestive tracts. I take one capsule nightly and have had no side effects whatsoever from it.

This version of probiotic works well, & although not exactly cheap, is no more expensive than many other versions. This version works well for me with no stomach upset.

I have been using Flora Q for two years now. My gastroenterologist recommended it to help me cope with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I take one capsule every morning after eating my breakfast and it has made a world of difference in "regulating" my digestion. I no longer suffer from the bouts of constipation which had caused me to be dependent on prescription drugs. I feel that this product would be helpful not only to IBS sufferers, but to anyone suffering from chronic constipation.

My GI doctor recommended it to help my problems due to Crohn's. I hate the price but drugstore.com has the best price I could find. It helps manage my disease symptoms, I prefer to take flora-q at night.
