I've loved this product since it first came out, but am finding it hard to find. The Blonde and Brunette are in abundance, only one store in my city sell the redhead version. This shampoo and conditioner help keep my red hair shiny and it brings out my natural highlites. Love it, love it , love it.

I found this to work better than Pantene; kept the color in my hair longer, smelled AMAZING, and kept my hair healthy and moisturized. I wash my hair every day, so this is a must; I use this with the conditioner(with cold water) and thermal frizz ease serum to protect my deep red from fading or losing shine/vibrancy. THANKS JOHN FRIEDA I'LL NEVER GO PANTENE AGAIN!!!

I figured i'd give the nice color shampoo a shot. I used it every time i showered (every or every other day) and was expecting my hair to get shinier..or something like that. But it never lathered well so it was clear to me that my hair wasn't getting much out of it. And even with the conditioner, my hair got drier and drier and more and more tangled. I wanted so badly for this shampoo to rock my hair, but knew it was failing me when i was waiting for it to dry up so i could justify getting some new shampoo. I'd tried the Pantene shampoo for red hair before and after this - it is far superior in every respect.

Seems to help slow fading, smells great

I love this shampoo & conditioner. It does seem to help with the fading - I'm pretty picky about how my red hair color looks and it was always hard to wait a reasonable amount of time in between colorings because I didn't like how quickly it faded. Using this stuff I can wait 5-6 weeks and it doesn't look bad. Not sure how well the related color-depositing glaze helps, I had thought that was part of what was working but I ran out & haven't noticed a deficiency. And the smell of it is great - kind of a clean fruity scent but not obnoxiously sweet. I get a lot of compliments when I use it!

It's only a good shampoo if your hair is DARK red. I have vibrant, juicy red hair and all it did was take away the vibrancy and how rich the color looked and made it look red orange instead of luscious red violet. I'd invest in Bumble & Bumble True Red shampoo and conditioner because it benefits both warm shades and cool shades of red.

I love this conditioner. After dying my hair red, it usually fades out in about 3 weeks or so. It's been 2 months...I use the John Freida shampoo and this conditioner for Reds, I just love it because it keeps my color in. The red fades gradually, and still very noticeable under the sun. My friend saw my hair and asked if I dyed it. I was like "yeah...2 months ago".
