This is my second nubbed sleeve. I have a white one and now this one. I understand why some people want to cut a hole in the end if you use this for a virtual hole.
HOWEVER, if you really want to try something new with this, find a regular slim vibe, dild0 vibe etc. Do not cut a hole in the top of this sleeve. If you roll the sleeve up (inside out almost) then roll it back down over your vibrat0r, you have an interesting insertion toy for front or rear entry. Use lots of lube. My girlfriend loves it like this.
Cutting a hole removes any 'suction' capabilities and will easily slip off your vibe.

I fill up that sucker more than enough. Its just the system that is within the product that doesnt do the JOB.

This is a sleeve for vibrators, not for men to use on themselves. The latter use is not particularly pleasant (there are better choices anyway), and as far as being reversible, turning this inside out a few times will cause tears to form, and once that happens it wears out fast.

Being away from home you need to be "creative". The nubby interior gives a nice change from the palm. I use Astroglide Gel works great. Try a twisting motion and change speeds. Works everytime, no messy clean up.
