I use this bar daily as an afternoon or late night protein snack (alternating with an ISS "Oh Yeah Protein Wafer"). The Power Crunch meets the three hardest tests of all -- good taste, no after taste problems, and a real safe good protein source for both men and women. Moreover, the good variety of flavor choices are perfect. Of course, I am a Triple Chocolate man all the way. (You guessed it, "Chocolate Chocolate" for the "Oh Yeah Protein Wafer"). Both of them are the very best out there. Nothing beats them unless of course, you like peanut butter and then both companies have more than one choice in both. Jim (Shabby) Vernon

I have been eating these bars for years. They never disappoint. Since it is warm here much of the year, I either eat them before I workout or keep them in a thermal lunch bag with an ice pack in my car. My favorite flavor is the Mocha but when I can't find that, I love the chocolate!

My best friend and I love this - It's like eating a yummy cookie - The only negative I see is that it is not as filling as other 200 calorie protein bars.

When I work out, I really put a lot of effort into it. Often, I am tired, especially if my workout goes well over an hour. I like to take a snack and several bottles of water with me when I work out. Power Crunch Bars make a wonderful post workout snack. If my workout is in the pool and my breakfast needs to be light, I often choose to eat a banana and a Power Crunch Bar for my breakfast and bring water and a piece of fruit for my snack. Either way, Power Crunch Bars are a delicious way to add nutrition to your diet! Chocolate is my favorite flavor!

I like that it's a crunchy bar with wafers like a Kit Kat but of course it tastes nothing like a Kit Kat. The chocolate tastes weird at first and you can tell it's a protein/diet bar but you do get used to the taste. When you're craving a chocolate wafer bar that is good for you, reach for one of these.
