I've been doing P90x for almost a year now and try to fill in the protein demands with a protein bar. I started with the Pure Protein Bars w/ 19 grams of protein, 20g carbs. They tasted pretty disgusting, so I changed to Premier Nutrition protein bars. These bars have 30g of protein but 330mg of sodium and 26 carbs! Also, they are not very tasty. I found the Power Crunch bars at a local store and thought I'd try one. All I could say was "yummy"! Good protein value, low sodium, low carbs, that's what I was looking for! There's a bit more total fat in these than the other bars, but I only eat one a day as a snack. Just got 2 boxes of these at a GREAT price on this site. There's not a perfect bar out there, but this one comes close.

For several years now, I have been eating one of these power crunch bars every day, for breakfast. This and a cup of coffee. IMO This is the best meal replacement bar available. low carb, low sugar, high protein. I don't even need to eat lunch, the energy from this bar sustains me. And..................it tastes delicious!!! i especially like the vanilla flavor. highly recommended : )

Several years ago i started purchasing these power crunch bars and I never looked back. They are low carb, low sugar, high protein, low calories (200 per bar, and it's a Good size bar). After my coffee, this is what i eat for breakfast. every day. that's it. it keeps me satisfied until dinnertime, believe it or not! I am 63, slim and beautiful, and I plan on staying that way. My favorite flavor is the French Vanilla Creme. yummy.

I was looking for an after exercise snack that doesn't taste like cardboard. These have 14 grams of protein, are easy to digest and most importantly, are delicious! I carry these where ever I go, just in case I get hungry. They are fairly low in sugar too.

These are the best protein bars I've ever had. The Vanilla Creme and Peanut Butter Creme taste like delicious candy bars but without the sugar and fat. I'm completely addicted and have one a day for a little 4pm pick me up snack.

This is one of the best protein bars I've ever had. It's a light and airy wafer with a real vanilla flavor that isn't sugary or chalky like typical protein bars. The triple chocolate flavor is also delicious. Excellent as a snack or when you're on the go and don't have time to eat. I have it as a light breakfast.
