When you take a look inside the bottle you can see the shimmering particals. What I don't get is why they don't show up on your skin. It didn't make my skin brighter. However, it did go on easily with a thick lather. It moisturized my skin and left it soft. It also rinsed clean without leaving behind any residue.

This product is horrible. I bought it because it came with a free sample of in-shower body lotion, and for the fact that it was supposed to shimmer. It doesn't shimmer! It doesn't leave my skin soft at all, in fact it makes it dry. On top of that, it burns. The lotion was great, however. This product is not worth the money.

I couldn't stand the smell of this wash. In the store I thought I could deal with it if it made my skin glow, but I did not see any glowing results...so the smell was NOT worth the small amount of money spent on this product. Needless to say, I won't be buying this one again.

I'm African American and I love having summery skin that glows, but now it's fall and I get pale, so I use this to get my summer glow back. I can have it all year! Plus, it's very moisturizing.

The scent is not the best and it does not lather like other body washes. I love Caress products, but would not buy this one again. I much prefer the creamy shimmering scent instead.
