I use to use a similar product (another manufacturer), but it seems it was discontinued. This works just same, but... IT'S FAR TOO EXPENSIVE!

For the price that I paid for this product, and since its "brand" I thought that it would mattify my skin and reduce the oil on my face. It also says that its for oily skin types, but I think its mostly for combination skin because it doesnt mattify very good. I noticed a very small difference. Also, it leaves the skin somewhat sticky. Its better to buy tea tree oil mattifying toner than this, plus its cheaper.

Most experts say toners are unnecessary and for most skin types, I agree. However, I am a very young looking 48 yr old woman, thanks to my oil-control-defying-beyond-oily skin. I've used every so-called oil-control product on the market to no avail. AHAVA toner actually does do what it says which is to HELP control oil throughout the day. I still have to use my oil-control primers, blot and powder all day long, but I'd say this product reduces the amount of visible oil on my face by 25%, which is something no other product has done by itself.
