I've taken this for two weeks now and have not lost any weight, even though I cut down my calories at dinner. It also made me very thirsty. Useless product.

I was only looking to drop about 5 lbs so I figured Id give this a try. It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I was still as hungry as ever. I may as well have taken an empty capsule of air. Dont waste your $$!

Well let me first say, I really hope writing this will actually help someone save their money! So I read these other reviews before I bought the stuff because it sounds wonderful and I mean hey, IT'S ONLY LIKE 8 BUCKS! To be completely honest it DID do its job on giving me energy, but as far as curbing my appetite it did absolutely NOTHING. Trust me. I really doubt it even has real Hoodia in it because I've tried an authentic Hoodia product and that WORKED! Unlike this cheap stuff their trying to sell here! Uggg what a rip off!

I took this for 15 days since I only took 2 caplets a day (morning and afternoon) and I lost 6 pounds. I have been dieting since Jan 2007 and I was on a plateau for 3 months before taking this. I had a lot of energy and I wasn't hungry. For some reason it helped curb my cravings for carbs. I am very pleased with the results and I am planning to take this again right after Thanksgiving.

Great product for suppressing cravings! Although it took a few days to get used to the naturally occurring caffeine, I have increased energy throughout the day. As a tip, I suggest taking the last dose in the late afternoon and skipping the evening pill altogether so you can rest at night. I take two pills when I wake up and two pills at lunch, and I still get fuller faster at dinner time. Definitely try this product if you suffer from the munchies at work or in front of the television!

My husband had a serious problem with portion sizes and cravings. This pill,just 2 a day, helped him feel full after eating a little. As a trial he skipped it for a day and his appetite was normal. So we're sticking to this pill till we loose all the weight we want. Thumbs up.

This definitely has an appetite suppressing effect but the effects of the caffeines may be too strong for me to continue with this.I like caffeine-- but in this liquid pill, I feel like it delivers too much at once.

I've taken this product for several days, and have found myself without cravings for food. I have to convince myself that I need to eat something around lunch and dinner time because I'm not feeling driven to do so. It helps me make good decisions about what to eat and portion size, since I'm not feeling out of control! I have no jittery feeling, but do have more energy throughout the day.
