I just started taking this product yesterday, and have already noticed a difference. I took one yesterday to see if I'd feel sick or not... no side effects yesterday. I woke up this morning with a DRY sore throat (I've not been sick in over 2 years - no colds, sore throats, or anything else) so I'm inclined to believe it's the pill. I took two this morning with a glass of milk, bottle of water and bowl of Cheerio's. After coming to work I still am full and haven't had my 10 minute after I get to work snack yet... AND, it's almost lunch time! I brought strawberries just in case, and they don't even look appetizing right now. I'm still full. I don't sleep well at night so I think to get the "3 pills" in a day I will take two in the am, and one at lunch. I've tried Slimquick and Metabolife and some others - they didn't work - what a waste! I have good feelings about it! Can't give it five stars since it's only a day.

I've only taken the product for 2 days and it suppresses my appetite without making me feel jittery. I take only two pills a day with my meals. I take one mid morning and one after lunch. I know if I take one with dinner I would be awake all night. I have to make myself eat! After the first day, I lost 3 pounds! I have to give it 5 stars because it's already done what I want it to do. It speeds up my metabolism and suppresses my appetite.

I am on my 4th day with this product and I take it 20 to 30 minutes before I eat and it works great. I have dropped 5 pounds already!!! The trick is to take 2 pills, not one, and take it 20 to 30 minutes before you eat. Best product I have ever tried, and I have tried everything!!!

I take one when I wake up, and go about my morning routine. It only works if you do it with diet and exercise, but I definitely feel a difference in my appetite. As a chef, I am constantly around food. I find that I am able to go through my day being filled by just the food that I have to sample during the course of my work day. I'm never hungry and when I do have a meal, I'm always satisfied with reasonable portions. I've always been in fairly good shape, and was just looking for something to help me firm up before I go to Mexico in just over a month. I've only been taking it a few days, but I've already lost five pounds!

This product has been wonderful for me. It doesn't make me jittery and it doesn't screw up my sleep cycle, both very important to me since I'm naturally sensitive to caffeine. It does a wonderful job of suppressing my appetite. This product, the GNC MegaMan multivitamin, sensible meals, and daily exercise have done a great job of helping me lose weight. Highly recommended.

Well, honestly I feel like I am taking nothing at all. 2 hours after I take one, and eat a meal as instructed, I am famished. Famished even more than it logically seems I should be. What's even worse, after taking this pill now for over two weeks, I have actually GAINED a few pounds. So I am hungry more than usual, plus gaining weight.

You have to take the Hoodia 30 minutes before you eat. I didn't follow the instructions at first, and I was still hungry, which led me stop taking the pills. I started taking Hoodia again, and this time followed the instructions. I'd wake up in the morning, take the Hoodia then go brush my teeth and stuff. After all the morning preparation, about 20 minutes have passed. So it's actually quite easy. So I lost about 1.5kg (about 5 pounds) with exercise, and no more eating before sleep. Hoodia helps.

Okay, I am officially amazed. I tried this product exactly one week ago, today starts my second week, and it actually works. I am taking the liquid gels too. It prevents me from being hungry, I've stopped overeating at night (which was my downfall), and having cravings. I don't get the jitters and feel sick like all other pills I have tried. I am wearing a pair of pants today that one week ago were tight, and left me with "rolls" hanging over the side, and today they are loose, no rolls, I'm almost afraid to talk about how great this product works for fear of jinxing myself. This is fantastic!! I'm very, very pleased so far. I can't give it a 5 star rating cause I haven't been on it that long. So far with me it is working. Like all things, somethings work for some people and some don't. I am very surprised to say so far it is working for me. If I don't see the results I want to see in a month, I won't buy it anymore.

This product slightly suppressed my appetite, however it did give me some energy from the natural caffeine. I would buy it for just the energy boost. And I definitely didn't feel the jittery-ness that usually comes with other diet pills.

I think this product is great for someone who has a meal plan and has control of eating habits. I can feel the effect of the caffeine, so I would suggest you take them early. Overall, I will buy more due to the results and the price.
