Okay, I am officially amazed. I tried this product, and it actually works. It prevents me from being hungry, I've stopped overeating at night (which was my downfall) and having cravings. I just don't think about food. I am wearing a pair of pants today that one week ago were tight, and left me with "rolls" hanging over the side, and today they are loose, no rolls, I can pull the waistband out and have room to spare, and my stomach is flat instead of bloated. I'm almost afraid to talk about how great this product works for fear of jinxing myself. This is fantastic!! I'm very, very pleased.

I was not happy with this product. I felt sick and nervous. I couldn't sleep even when I didn't take it at night, like they say in the directions. Ended up throwing it away after a few days of trying it. Didn't lose any weight, either.

I did not like these at all. I only took one, and it made very nervous, and agitated. I couldn't wait till I came "down" from these. They also made me feel sick to my stomach. I guess I am just super-sensitive to these ingredients.

I love this product! I did not feel hungry all day and had to literally force myself to eat. I'm trying to lose 20 lbs, and I think this will be a great help for me. I'm glad I chose this one. I already have what seems to be like thousands of pills that do not work. Although the amount of hoodia in this product is somewhat lower, what matters is that it helps control my appetite.

I have tried several products in the last 3 years. Most products give me the shakes or leave me hungry. This does neither. I have had to force myself to eat at times, and find that cereal in the morning and lunch are all I can handle. It is amazing. 2 pills daily is enough for me. I recommend this product, the price is excellent, and the result is amazing.

If you are looking for Hoodia, I'd prefer a product that has more Hoodia (only 100mg here) and no caffine. This will wake you up in the morning (and keep you up at night), but I think there are other products that work better for appetite suppression.

This product does a very effective job at suppressing your appetite. No jittery feeling whatsoever, and I drink several cups of coffee during the day. I find myself not even feeling hungry throughout the day and when eating, my portion sizes are minimal. Was so glad this was a natural product as well.

I was very iffy about trying a diet supplement, and decided to go with the 10-day hoodia diet because it looked very natural relative to most of the other products on the market. I'm very glad I gave it a shot! The hoodia does an excellent job of curbing my appetite, so I eat with light snacks throughout the day (fruit, veggies, etc.) and the green tea gives me natural-feeling, non-jittery energy to get me through the day. I have more motivation to go on walks during my lunch breaks and more energy to power through my nightly workout (45 min. of cardio and a varying-length strength training regimen). This stuff is awesome. It totally curbed my appetite and I actually had to remember to eat. Works fast and with no jitters and I am a sensitive person to caffeine and other natural stimulants...awesome stuff. I am not even through my first pack and I already ordered 2 more boxes!!
