My little Chihuahua loves these. He looks forward to our shipments from drugstore.com because he always gets a treat. I cut this large treat up into several treats for him it really gives us more for out money then some of the treats made just for little dogs. And he prefers this over any thing I offer him.

This item is 10" - 12" long, but as thin as paper and weighs less than 1 ounce. This item was intended as a gift, but I found it is not worth the price.

I was expecting a large, thick peice of jerky that would last at least a few minutes, but this was really thin and my medium sized dog went through it really quickly. You could buy real human quality jerky for cheaper. Times are way to tight to be spending money on a dog treat that is gone in a hot second!

My shih tzu weighs about 16 lb. and I made the mistake of giving him the whole taffy treat. I tried to cut it but is is taffy!! He devoured it, but was sick throughout the night. I will spare the details...my fault. Just a warning if you have a smaller dog...break this thing up!

My fourteen month old Chocolate Cocker Spaniel LOVES the Merrick Taffy Treats. He loves them more than bully sticks. Since giving him the Taffy Treats, I think bully sticks are on the down slide. Sigmund can eat a Taffy Treat in no time at all. I suggest cutting the treats into four pieces and spreading out the treats through the day. If Sig had his way he's eat four, whole Taffy treats a day. I give him a Taffy Treat each morning and that seems to hold him until dinner time. The taffy treats also digest very well. Remember to look for sales as the Taffy Treats are expensive.
