After washing my hair about 3 times, I could start to see my flakes go away and the itching was MUCH less than it used to be...and then by day 7 I was itch free!!! This shampoo left my hair SILKY smooth! I would lather up every day and leave on my scalp for about 7-10 min. You can feel a cool tingle so you know it's working. I would rinse and repeat for 3 days. After day 3, I would wash my hair only once during the shower - still leaving it on for 7 min and ALWAYS use conditioner on the ends of my hair. This is a good one with a different ingrediant than a lot of what's out there (most have 1% zinc as their active agent). This is good to use in my rotation of shampoos to keep the oily flakes away. It is, however, quite drying. And, as a minimalist, I wish they made a version of this that included conditioner, so that I didn't need to use a second product. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I only need to use it twice a week to keep my dandruff turned off completely. When I shower I first wash my hair with baby shampoo, then apply T-Gel, wash the rest of my body and then rinse my hair and body and I'm done treating my dandruff!
