I use this once or twice a week to get the gunk out of my hair. It does a great job of getting rid of build-up. It can make my hair dry, though, so I leave my conditioner on for a minute or two longer to compensate.

I use this once a week in place of my regular shampoo, and it really does get rid of the residue and styling buildup. I wouldn't use it more than once a week, though, since your hair might get dry. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the fragrance is terrible.

Talk about sucking the moisture out of your hair. This shampoo will literally leave your hair squeaky clean. It does what it says, it'll remove any build up from hair products but make sure to only use a tiny bit. I use a dime-sized amount once a week and it does the trick. At this rate, the tiny bottle will last me forever!
