I use it all the time. It cleans very well, is gentle, and smells clean. Too many other shampoos smell like fruit. After awhile there is so much buildup in my hair that it looks lifeless. I use this shampoo about twice a month to remove the buildup from the other products. It works like a charm. My hair is dry though, so it is a bit overdrying. After I wash my hair with this shampoo I wash it with my regular moisturing shampoo and condition. My hair always feels amazing and soft after this.
