Controls the symptoms of dandruff, psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are using this product with other forms of psoriasis therapy such as ultraviolet radiation or prescription drugs. When using this product, avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. Use caution when exposing skin to sunlight after applying this product. It may increase your tendency to sunburn for up to 24 hours after application. Do not use for prolonged period without consulting your doctor. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve after regular use of this product as directed. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I wish I could use those luxury shampoos out there today, but I have a scalp which gets scaly, red and has thick flakes all over if I don't. Also the skin behind my ears gets red and dry. I'm talking about a scalp that does this right after washing my hair, before my hair is even dry. That's how sensitive and bad the problem was. However, alternating this with Nizoral (I wash my hair every other day) has been my saving grace. Only using one or the other didn't quite cut it- but used together- miraculous. No hairline that's so embarassing I want to die (it looked like I had poor hygiene, which wasn't the case). No oily, itchy, tight feeling on my scalp anymore. I, personally, find the smell kind of nice. Crazy? Maybe I am, but it doesn't linger on the hair anyway. Using a nice-smelling conditioner afterwards mositurizes my hair and gets rid of the scent from this anyway. I will NEVER go without this and Nizoral ever again, it has made such a change in my scalp without any medication or lifestyle alterations needed. As a bonus, using this and Nizoral help prevent and cure any body acne (which tends to be a common problem with people who have this scalp issue).

I've had psoriasis on my scalp for four years and used every product on the market for itchy, flakey scalp and this is the second best product I've used. The smell is bitter but not over powering and it mostly goes away once your hair is dry. It improved the itching a little bit but didn't do much for the flaking. The best product I've used is Denorex 2 in1 Shampoo/Conditioner. It takes care of both the itching and the flaking.

My brother has flaky scalp due to eczema. This shampoo controls his condition and NO MORE FLAKES!! but somehow when he stops using it, there comes the awful DANDRUFF.

It works great but I can't get over the smell. It was reformulated to have a better smell, and it smells better than before but nonetheless still terrible. My dandruff gets bad, but I've found so many products that have worked on it. I just haven't found one that I really like. Selsun blue worked well, and I didn't mind the smell, but family members did. Head and Shoulders was the least effective but it smelled good. And lastly, I had used Mane and Tail for a while. It worked well and smelled great. Ill probably end up going back to it. Ideally, I want an effective, nice smelling, natural, cruelty free product. Most people aren't as specific as that so I hope this helped

I only used this once because it smells very strongly like charcoal and it took a week of washing my hair every day with another shampoo and adding products to make my hair smell better to finally get rid of it. It probably works well for dandruff but I was not willing to tolerate the awful smell after one shampoo.

I started using this to help with dandruff / psorisis of the scalp that was trickling down on my face. (Looked like I had dry, flaky skin all of the time.) I use it a couple times a week and my face has improved. (I had forgotten that oily hair tends to have dandruff problems.)

I get dry scalp sometimes, it's almost like dandruff. My scalp peels like dead skin. When I use this shampoo, it clears it up within one or two uses. Then I can go back to using my regular shampoo. I only use the T-Gel as needed, and it works GREAT and FAST!

This product works well. Removes dandruff & dry skin but does not improve itchiness. The older version shampoo smelled like medicine but it works. The latest version of this product has improved the smell.

I rarely get dandruff, but I use a dandruff shampoo occasionally during the winter. T-gel is the best. It works wonderfully, but it smells absolutely horrible. It's actually a very odd, strong, indescribable smell. I usually wash my hair with my regular shampoo after I use this to get the smell out. However, it works so well, I am willing to deal with it.
