Pros: Effective Protection, UVA/UVB Protection
Best Uses: Beach, Sports, Swimming
Bottom Line: recommended
My kids NEVER burn or get skin irritations with this sunscreen. We've tried countless others and this is the only one that doesn't give them rashes plus the protection lasts a long time. We'd lotion them before camp and they came home at the end of the day with no color at all.

Have tried way too many different sunscreens for my daughter with fair, sensitive skin. Blue Lizard has the best qualities of those I've tested. Yes...it goes on very white and is a tad greasy. BUT and this is where you have to decide what is important to you - it offers amazing protection. My fair skinned daughter hardly shows a tan line having used this product and swam all summer. It's great for water and unlike the "convenience" products that spray on it's effective immediately, not in 30 min.

Pros: Effective Protection, Not Greasy, Rubs In Well, Sweatproof, UVA/UVB Protection, Waterproof
Describe Yourself: Budget Buyer
Best Uses: Beach

This stuff works great! I can burn easily so I know it protects, but what really sets it apart from so many of the others is that it LASTS. On the beach, in the water and back to the beach, I don't have to reapply. Takes some of the work out of going to the beach!

He also has senstive skin and this has NEVER bothered him. LOVE IT!! a little pricey, but it lasts a long time. only down side: greasy.

Finally, a sunscreen that doesn't make my sensitive skin break out in an itchy rash after use! Protects skin well, and rubs in. It can separate, be sure to shake the bottle well before use. The bottle says for baby, but it works great for adults too!

To apply the product put it on, then wait for a bit it will rub in all the way. Blue Lizard is not greasy when it is dried. It is moisturizing and very waterproof. It stays on well and really protects my 3 1/2 year olds skin & ours too! Perfect for our trip to Cancun!

Pros: Effective Protection, Non-comedogenic, Non-irritating, Non-odiferous, Not Greasy, Rubs In Well, UVA/UVB Protection

Best Uses: Daily Use
Bottom Line: recommended
I use the product every day in the summer, which in Sacramento is most of the year. I had tried many different sunscreens, but kept getting a rash whenever I went out in the sun. I thought I must just be supersensitive to the sun. The dermatologist said I had eczema and prescribed steroid oinments. I became a virual prisoner in my apartment, for fear of getting the rash. I finally tried the Blue Lizard for babies. No more rash! I have been using it for at least 2 months now. I can go out freely and with confidence. It also has no real odor, which is nice. It is rather pricey, but to me, well worth it.
